Andrew R. Greene, F.A.C.H.E.
A recognized leader in health services, Andrew Greene has developed what many consider to be among the most successful and cost-effective health care delivery solutions in the nation. As President of ARG Management and before that as Chief Executive Officer of the Robert Wood Johnson Health Network (RWJHN) in New Brunswick, N.J., he has spearheaded the design and development of an integrated health network of seven hospitals, four Federally qualified health centers and the largest elder care provider in New Jersey. With 11,000 employees, the $1.5 billion Network is the only one in New Jersey to boast a medical school as a member (the University of Medicine & Dentistry-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School). He is a past chair of the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Board of Directors and active on numerous community governing boards and health organizations, including the National Council on Aging and the New Jersey Council of Teaching Hospitals. He is also an adjunct associate professor in the UMD-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School Department of Environmental and Community Medicine. Mr. Greene received his Bachelor of Arts from Ohio State University, and holds a Master’s degree in health care administration from Trinity University in San Antonio.
Anil de Zoysa
Anil de Zoysa leads all strategic, design and implementation technology initiatives for ARG Management and before that, the RWJHN, the $1.5 billion integrated Network of seven hospitals, four federally qualified health centers and the largest elder care provider in New Jersey. Serving as chief IT liaison between the Network, its clients and Network hospitals, de Zoysa is responsible for recommending, purchasing, developing and maintaining all Network IT programs and systems. He identifies and implements cost-saving technologies to help the Network expand its capabilities to support new and existing projects, and coordinates several different sites and organizations within the Network for the introduction of applications and services including the IDX Group Practice Management System, electronic medical records, CMS Care Management System, Magnet Software application, and Risk Management systems. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Rutgers College, New Brunswick, NJ and an associate’s degree in computer science from Brookdale Community College in Lincroft, NJ. He is currently pursuing a master in business administration in technology management from the University of Phoenix
Mr. Frizzell is our Technology and Innovation leader at ARG Management. With over twenty-three years of technology and healthcare experience, Mel is a perfect candidate to lead ARG Management into the next millennium of healthcare solutions. Mr. Frizzell has many years of experience with healthcare solution development, delivery, strategic and operation expertise which acts as a pillar for all ARG Management initiatives. A combination of a technology vision and healthcare industry knowledge, Mel provides ARG Management unparallel industry consulting knowledge, service offering and packaging direction. He has demonstrated his ability to design, recruit, retain and lead peak performing teams who consistently achieve excellent quality, technical and business objectives.
Mr. Johnston is a seasoned software industry sales executive with over 20 years experience managing high performance sales teams who deliver complex technology solutions to Fortune 1000 customers both directly and through the channel. Most recently, Mark spent 4 years at Hewlett-Packard where he was the Director of Software Channels for North America, managing a team of sales executives intent on driving HP’s Business Technology Optimization solutions through and with the channel. HP’s BTO practice is the 6th largest software company in the world with over $4B in revenue and is focused on aligning technology with business outcomes. Mr. Johnston holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University with a degree in Information Systems. He is a member of the Information Technology Association of America, the Technology Association of Georgia, The National Association of Sales Professionals and The Georgia State Alumni Association.
